MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75. And Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
- Diploma Degree (D3) Majoring in Chemical Analysis, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75 and Accounting with a Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
- Has high level of English proficiency and computer literacy
- Dynamic, has strong leadership, highly motivation, and good communication skill
- Willing to be placed at all business offices/site projects of PT Dahana (Persero)
- Willing to not marry during the Management Trainee program (9 months/for those who are not married yet upon entering the program)
