Job description
- Ensure the achievement of the targeted sales, margins and DSO in the country. Develop the competencies of Aqua sales team by coaching, mentoring, imparting expertise and knowledge.
- Responsible for achieving the territory’s sales, margins and DSO targets
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products
- Implements national sales programmers by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Responsible for technical staff and to provide support for key customer development
- Coordinate with management team for sales & marketing strategies to ensure profitable growth and provide feedback from market
- Coordinate with finance for managing margins and collections
- Coordinate with feed mill and hatcheries and ensuring the availability of inventory at every level
- At least a degree in science preferred
- Must have had 57 years of sales management experience and managing people experience is important
- Selfmotivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Leadership and interpersonal skill
- Preferably from MNCs
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent English both speaking & written and excellent report writing skills
- Ability to train personnel in sales
- Must have sales management, able to use market and business information to take critical sales decisions
- Willing to be travel at short notice
- Willing to be placed in Lampung
